The Seabatical – 2 BHK Apartment, Nerul

The Seabatical is a 2 BHK apartment located in a secured apartment complex in Nerul, North Goa with access to a shared swimming pool & a club-house for recreation.

Our home has a large living area, an open kitchen and a dining space with minimalistic yet elegantly designed fittings & furnishings. The living area opens up to a large balcony facing the Nerul River and the large swimming pool of the complex beneath.

We have two bedrooms, each with an ensuite washroom, fit with one king size & one queen size, a closet and an air-conditioner. Each bedroom is well ventilated and has ample natural light coupled with privacy.

The living area is a well spread space with a four-seater sofa also convertible to a bed for two. It has a 42" Smart TV connected to internet for those who wish to pass their time or spend time watching entertainment shows or sport events.

The kitchen is equipped with modular fittings and has all the amenities required to prepare anything from a cup of tea to a large spread of meals. It also has an island for folks who wish to lay their spread of meals or more so, host a private cocktail session.

The kitchen opens up to a service/drying area fit with a large sink, an automatic washing machine and a cloth drying rack.

Our home has a high-speed internet connection for those who look to stay connected to the outside world, work from the home or sit back and watch their favourite shows & movies.

• Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay
• One among the windows 9 AM – 11 AM or 3 PM - 5 PM shall be chosen by the guests to get their housekeeping done
• Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Those who wish to get their utensils washed shall need to pay extra to the staff depending upon the job
• Towels are replaced everyday. Bed linen are changed once in three days

The property is located within a secured & manned apartment complex in a peaceful neighbourhood in Nerul, North Goa.

It is surrounded by the Nerul River on one side, villas & resorts apart from residential houses in near proximity.

The locality is host to many reputed & sought-after restaurants & eateries of North Goa. Some of the most happening clubs, casinos and joints are in near proximity to our home.

While the guests have ample privacy to enjoy and have a social time in our home, we would advise that decorum is maintained and the neighbouring residents' privacy is respected.

Our home is well-connected by approachable roads and is easy to navigate.

One may navigate to the places around using their vehicles. For those in need of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler on rent, we would be happy to assist you with the same.

Refundable Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of Rs.10,000/- shall be collected 72 hours prior to your check-in as part of our operational policy to protect our property against any liabilities arising out of damages in the property, deviation from the house rules and not limited to any of the above
• The security deposit shall be refunded within 48 hours post check-out after a thorough inspection of the property and thereby deducting the charges, if any
• Please note that Mangrove Stays and its operations team reserves the right to decide upon the recovery of damages, and the decision shall be final and binding

Swimming Pool Rules

• Appropriate swimwear to be worn while using the pool
• Pool timings are 8 AM to 7 PM
• No alcohol or smoking inside and around the pool
• No lifeguard in the pool
• Mangrove Stays will not be responsible for any damages arising out of any instances/mishaps by guests if reported by the building/society management

GENERAL POLICIES

• Booking is confirmed only upon 100% payment
• Refundable security deposit shall be collected 72 hours prior to check-in
• Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be entertained based on availability. Charges will be put up depending upon the timings
• Number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking
• All guests should have valid ID proofs whenever asked. This could be at the time of booking, while checking-in or during your stay. Valid IDs include Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport only
• All foreign nationals must present their passport and visa details prior to their arrival
• Any damage to the property or deviation from the rules will be charged as per actual cost and deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the guests are liable to pay the extra amount
• Any illegal activity including and not limited to use of narcotics, prostitution is strictly not permitted. The management reserves the right to report these to the local law & order authorities for them to take the appropriate action
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted inside the property

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in
• 75% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled within 30 days & before 15 days of check-in
• 50% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled within 15 days & before 7 days of check-in
• No refund shall be issued, if cancelled within 7 days of check-in
