Humble Rock (Blue & Yellow) – 3 BHK Villas, Candolim

The property comprises two 3 BHK villas - Blue & Yellow with a pool in between the villas. It is located in a peaceful stretch in the heart of Candolim, North Goa.

Each 3 BHK villa is a fully serviced unit with the layout of each as below

BEDROOMS

Three bedrooms with ensuite washrooms & AC with one of them located on the ground floor. The bedroom on the balcony has a verandah while those on the top floor have a balcony each.

LIVING AREA

The ground floor has a living area with an AC and a smart TV while there's also a living area on the top floor also opening up to a spacious open terrace. Both the living spaces are furnished with comfortable seating arrangements for people to have a cozy social time.

KITCHEN

The villa has a fully functional kitchen on the ground floor with a modular setup and top of the line amenities for a large family to access it with ease. While the kitchen and its facilities are open for the guests to use by themselves, meals can also be prepared by our caretaker for additional service charges.

DINING SPACE

Adjoining the kitchen is a dining space with seating for 6 people. We also have a baby high chair for those who need one. There is also a powder room near the dining space for common access within the villa.

SWIMMING POOL

We have a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi adjacent to it. It is situated between our two villas - Blue & Yellow with the access being common to both set of guests. The pool becomes private upon booking both the villas together.

RECREATION ROOM

We have a common recreation room that has a pool table at the centre, a carrom board, board games & books for people to read & relax.

Guess who have booked any of the two villas have complete private access to the respective one and the spaces within. A group which has booked both the villas shall have exclusivity to the entire property.

The access to the swimming pool and the recreation room is common to guests of both villas. It is to be noted that proper decorum shall need to be ensured here for both the groups to have a quality time enjoying these spaces.

We also have a team of caretakers tending to both the villas. Two of them stay in the premises within their private quarters.

Villa Humble Rock (Candolim) is located in a quiet, verdant neighborhood and yet, located only 200m from the famous main road of Candolim.

It is in close proximity to the famous eateries & pubs of the area, and also the street shopping section on the way to the Candolim beach which is just 700m by walk.

On the other side is the river Nerul whose riverfront area is at a walkable distance away. The Sinquerim area is a hotspot for watersport activities and also where the sought after dolphin sighting trips also commence from.

The famous Fort Aguada is 3 km away. Connoisseur of nature are recommended to take an early morning walk uphill to the fort where one are bound to walk amidst a green stretch and sight lovely birds and peacocks.

While one is allowed to have a healthy social time, parties, events and any decoration are not allowed within the property.

Refundable Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of Rs.10,000/- (for each villa) shall be collected 72 hours prior to your check-in as part of our operational policy to protect our property against any liabilities arising out of damages in the property, deviation from the house rules and not limited to any of the above
• The security deposit shall be refunded within 48 hours post check-out after a thorough inspection of the property and thereby deducting the charges, if any
• Please note that Mangrove Stays and its operations team reserves the right to decide upon the recovery of damages, and the decision shall be final and binding

Narcotics & drugs are strictly prohibited

Any such possession and usage by the guests shall incur penalties as imposed by the Law & Order and the local bodies. The host reserves the right to report the same to the local authorities and will not be responsible for any consequences arising due to the same.

PET RULES

• Kindly ensure the pets are not aggressive and pose no hindrance to our staff while doing their work in the premises
• Kindly be responsible to keep their pets clean and ensure hygiene in the villas and the premises
• It is required that the pets are vaccinated and they carry proofs of their vaccinations
• Kindly ensure that the pets’ excrete in the designated area and the guests clean the pet waste immediately and dispose them outside the complex
• Kindly note that the guests shall be responsible for any damages caused by their pets and any expenses incurred in the premises due to disturbances by them
• Kindly ensure the pets are not wiped using towels meant for guests and may use their own pet towels for the same
• Kindly ensure that the pets do not enter the swimming pool nor do they enter the common spaces of the complex
• The pets are not allowed to roam leash-free. The host shall hold no responsibility for any incidents/mishaps that may happen due to the pets in the premises
• Kindly ensure that the pets are kept within the villa during the nights and not leashed in the outer premises

SWIMMING POOL RULES

• Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Swimming outside this time period is prohibited as it is a residential neighbourhood
• Kindly shower before entering the pool
• Do not dive into the pool
• It is advised not to drink and swim. Any such action will incur a penalty as decided by the host
• Do not throw garbage near the pool. Doing so will incur a penalty as decided by the management
• Children must be supervised by the respective parents/caretakers at all the times
• Infants and toddlers shall wear swim diapers or diapers with protective pants over them
• Pets are not allowed inside and around the pool
• Do not eat, drink, spit and smoke in the pool. Any such action will incur a strict penalty as decided by the management. A strict penalty will be levied upon those littering the swimming pool
• Kindly wear proper swimwear while using the pool
• In case of any skin ailments, sore or inflammed eyes, communicable diseases; mouth, nose and/or ear discharges; do not use the pool
• Kindly maintain decorum and respect other's privacy
• There is no life guard on duty at the pool
• The management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or deaths occurring due to the usage of the pool

GENERAL POLICIES

• Booking is confirmed only upon 100% payment
• Refundable security deposit shall be collected 72 hours prior to check-in
• Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be entertained based on availability. Charges will be put up depending upon the timings
• Number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking
• All guests should have valid ID proofs whenever asked. This could be at the time of booking, while checking-in or during your stay. Valid IDs include Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport only
• All foreign nationals must present their passport and visa details prior to their arrival
• Any damage to the property or deviation from the rules will be charged as per actual cost and deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the guests are liable to pay the extra amount
• Any illegal activity including and not limited to use of narcotics, prostitution is strictly not permitted. The management reserves the right to report these to the local law & order authorities for them to take the appropriate action
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted inside the property

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in
• 75% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled within 30 days & before 15 days of check-in
• 50% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled within 15 days & before 7 days of check-in
• No refund shall be issued, if cancelled within 7 days of check-in
