Casa Merlot – 3 BHK Villa, Siolim

Casa Merlot is a 3 BHK villa in a reputed gated complex in the Siolim, North Goa.

The space is fully equipped with the finest of furnishings, appliances and amenities for a comfortable and safe stay. There are three bedrooms fit with queen size beds and an attached washroom in each.

The living space on the ground floor is a well spaced one, opening up to a view of the farms on one side and a view of the pool & garden on the other. Considering it is located in a corner, our guests are entitled to good privacy and view while on a vacation.

We also have a compact serviced kitchen perfect for those who wish to bring out their culinary skills in their vacation.

The villa has a high speed Wi-Fi connection. For those who wish to work remotely, well, you are in a good space. The cellular network is also pretty strong in the locality with Jio and Airtel providing good network coverage.

The complex has a large swimming pool whose access is shared between tenants & guests of all the villas in the complex.

We are a pet friendly property and would love to have the paws moving around our place. It is important to note and follow the pet rules as part of our policies.

Housekeeping

• Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay. The housekeeping service is offered in the window of 11 AM to 3 PM.
• Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding.
• Bed linen are changed once in three days while towels can be changed once everyday.

The property is located within a secured & manned apartment complex in a peaceful neighbourhood in Siolim, North Goa. The complex comprise permanent residents as well as travellers alike

It is surrounded by lush green paddy fields on one side apart from residential houses in near proximity.

The locality is host to many reputed & sought-after restaurants & pubs of North Goa. Some of the famous landmarks of North Goa are within a driving distance of 10-30 mins.

While the guests have ample privacy to enjoy and have a social time in our home, we would advise that decorum is maintained and the neighbouring residents' privacy is respected.

Our home is well-connected by approachable roads and is easy to navigate.

One may navigate to the places around using their vehicles. For those in need of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler on rent, we would be happy to assist you with the same.

Refundable Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of Rs.10,000/- shall be collected 72 hours prior to your check-in as part of our operational policy to protect our property against any liabilities arising out of damages in the property, deviation from the house rules and not limited to any of the above
• The security deposit shall be refunded within 48 hours post check-out after a thorough inspection of the property and thereby deducting the charges, if any
• Please note that Mangrove Stays and its operations team reserves the right to decide upon the recovery of damages, and the decision shall be final and binding

Narcotics & drugs are strictly prohibited

PET RULES

• Kindly ensure the pets are not aggressive and pose no hindrance to our staff while doing their work in the premises
• Kindly be responsible to keep their pets clean and ensure hygiene in the villas and the premises
• It is required that the pets are vaccinated and they carry proofs of their vaccinations
• Kindly ensure that the pets’ excrete in the designated area and the guests clean the pet waste immediately and dispose them outside the complex
• Kindly note that the guests shall be responsible for any damages caused by their pets and any expenses incurred in the premises due to disturbances by them
• Kindly ensure the pets are not wiped using towels meant for guests and may use their own pet towels for the same
• Kindly ensure that the pets do not enter the swimming pool nor do they enter the common spaces of the complex
• The pets are not allowed to roam leash-free. The host shall hold no responsibility for any incidents/mishaps that may happen due to the pets in the premises
• Kindly ensure that the pets are kept within the villa during the nights and not leashed in the outer premises

SWIMMING POOL RULES

• Pool timings are 9 AM to 6 PM. Swimming outside this time period is strictly prohibited
• Kindly shower before entering the pool
• Do not dive into the pool
• It is advised not to drink and swim. Any such action will incur a penalty as decided by the host
• Do not throw garbage near the pool. Doing so will incur a penalty as decided by the management
• Children must be supervised by the respective parents/caretakers at all the times
• Infants and toddlers shall wear swim diapers or diapers with protective pants over them
• Pets are not allowed inside and around the pool
• Do not eat, drink, spit and smoke in the pool. Any such action will incur a strict penalty as decided by the management. A strict penalty will be levied upon those littering the swimming pool
• Kindly wear proper swimwear while using the pool
• In case of any skin ailments, sore or inflammed eyes, communicable diseases; mouth, nose and/or ear discharges; do not use the pool
• Kindly maintain decorum and respect other's privacy
• There is no life guard on duty at the pool
• The management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or deaths occurring due to the usage of the pool

GENERAL POLICIES

• Booking is confirmed only upon 100% payment
• Refundable security deposit shall be collected 72 hours prior to check-in
• Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be entertained based on availability. Charges will be put up depending upon the timings
• Number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking
• All guests should have valid ID proofs whenever asked. This could be at the time of booking, while checking-in or during your stay. Valid IDs include Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport only
• All foreign nationals must present their passport and visa details prior to their arrival
• Any damage to the property or deviation from the rules will be charged as per actual cost and deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the guests are liable to pay the extra amount
• Any illegal activity including and not limited to use of narcotics, prostitution is strictly not permitted. The management reserves the right to report these to the local law & order authorities for them to take the appropriate action
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted inside the property

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in
• 75% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled within 30 days & before 15 days of check-in
• 50% of total amount shall be refunded, if cancelled within 15 days & before 7 days of check-in
• No refund shall be issued, if cancelled within 7 days of check-in
